How to Reserve a Location for Your Student Organization Meeting or Event

Classroom Event Spaces

  • Classrooms and lecture halls cannot be used for events. Per Registrar Office policy, Registrar managed spaces are available for student organization meetings only.
  • Classrooms and lecture halls may only be used for simple meetings. Simple meetings do not require a TAP.  A simple meeting is defined as a closed meeting for student attendees with no food, funding, speakers, or other activities. 
  • Reservations for will not be accepted more than 3 weeks in advance and confirmations are not sent until a maximum of 1 week in advance of the meeting date, per Registrar Office policy.
  • Make a classroom space request to reserve a room for your meeting.
  • Food is not allowed in classrooms
