Community Service Transportation Program (CST)

The Community Service Transportation van program has been indefinitely paused. CST has a limited amount of transportation funding available for student organizations through Lyft on a first-come, first serve basis. Please submit a request form for consideration.

Community Service Transportation logoMission statement

We provide timely, efficient, and reliable transportation services through the Center for Student Involvement, Community Service at the University of California, San Diego. Partnering with local organizations, we ensure that UC San Diego student volunteers and tutors have access to service sites throughout the greater San Diego area.

About us

Community Service Transportation Program (CST) drivers are UCSD undergraduate students from a variety of departments and majors. See our Driver Bios page for individual profiles.

Where we go

CST serves a range of middle and high schools throughout San Diego. Routes travel from UCSD's main campus to sites in Clairemont Mesa, Kearny Mesa, and Mission Valley; downtown, Mission Bay, and San Diego city proper. See our Routes page for more detailed information, drop-off points, and maps.

Our shuttles benefit these classes and programs:
